These are the four brave cyclists who swam in the sea on a freezing cold February afternoon at Barry.  Much to the amusement and amazement of passers by.

This is a photo of all those that cycled to Barry that day; including the other four who were not as brave or dull as the four that went swimming!

I know it looks almost tropical but it's still freezing outside.  That's why we are all inside Usk Garden Centre.

The Captain, who was not on this ride, said "I'll give two extra runs cup points to anyone who goes to Bedlinog".  Well here's the proof !  I was the only one who dared to ride there in the cold.  After the others made their way home, I rode those extra miles.
