Open 25 Time Trial
The Open 25 for 2005 will take place on the R25/7a course - it will take place on Saturday 7th. May 2005. The first rider will be off at 2:01pm. The start sheet has now been posted on this site and can be accessed by clicking here - start sheet
The Course
A full course description is detailed below. The event headquarters will this year be at the village hall in Dingestow. This is 3.5 miles from the start. Riders should allow 15 minutes to ride to the start.
Directions to the start: Ride out of Dingestow village towards the Raglan to Mitchell Troy road. At the T junction turn right and ride the remaining 2.7 miles towards Raglan village to the start line.

Start at drain cover on left, 165 yards beyond Road Narrows sign, a mile north-east of Raglan on old A40 road. Proceed towards Monmouth to junction with A40, one mile west of Mitchel Troy (4 miles) where turn left with care to join A40. After passing Granada Services, bear left and continue on A40 to Raglan roundabout (9.18 miles) where take 3rd exit (A40) to Abergavenny (Hardwick) roundabout (16.97 miles). Turn by circling roundabout and retrace on A40 to Raglan roundabout where take 2nd exit (A40) to finish 350 yards east of roundabout in line with lamp standard WB103 at far end of lay-by on left.
