Race Headquarters

The race headquarters this year, as in previous years, will be Nantyglo Comprehensive school/leisure centre.  This is situated approximately 1/4 mile south of Brynmawr town.  It is located on Pond Road which is reached via the A467 as shown on the below maps.  As the name suggests there is a large pond alongside the road.

When approaching from the south you will see the school on your left as you approach the A467 roundabout 1/4 mile south of Brynmawr.  Take the first left off the roundabout, sign posted "Winchestown", "Leisure Centre" and "Lakeside".  The turning into the H.Q./school is about 200 yards on the left.

If approaching from the A465, exit the A465 at Brynmawr roundabout and  follow the signs for the A467 and Newport.  At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit, still following the signposts for the A467 and Newport.  At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit, sign posted "Winchestown", "Leisure Centre" and "Lakeside". which will take you into Pond Road.  The turning into the H.Q./school is about 200 yards on your left.
